Apple Curry Sauce

Robert's Favorite Curry
Serves 4

4 chicken breasts cut into pieces	olive oil
1/2 cup light coconut milk	juice of 1/2 lime
1 13 oz jar Lopez Island Farm Apple Curry Simmer Sauce

Heat olive oil in saucepan until hot. Add chicken pieces and sear on all sides. Reduce heat to low and add Apple Curry Simmer Sauce, coconut milk and lime juice. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Serve over jasmine or basmati rice.
